Are there any hidden costs (sales tax) on items sold on Rowi Electronics?

There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase with Rowi Electronics. Listed prices are final and all-inclusive. The prices you see on the product page are exactly what you will pay. Delivery charges are not hidden charges and they will be charged (if at all) at an extra cost depending on the shipping policy.

Delivery charges vary with location

Locations further from Accra will incur a relatively higher shipping cost on low value items. In such cases, charging at the normal delivery price will assist us offset the logistics costs. The delivery charge may be waived off for certain products if you shop with us for a minimum predefined value. It is also possible that our courier partners may have holidays between the day you place your order and the date of delivery. This is based on the timelines shown on the product page. In such cases, we will add a day to the estimated number of days for outside Accra deliveries

What is the estimated delivery time?

Rowi Electronics generally procure and ship the items within the specified time as indicated in the product page in working / business days. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors:

  • The product availability
  • The destination to which you want the order shipped to

If I need to return an item, how do I arrange for pick-up?

Returns are easy. Contact us to initiate a return and you will receive a call explaining the process. Wherever possible, Rowi Electronics Logistics will facilitate the pick-up of the item. In case the pick-up cannot be arranged through Rowi Limited, you can return the item through a courier service to the Rowi Showroom at Adenta. Return fees will be borne by the buyer.
