How do I pay for a ROWI Electronics purchase?

ROWI Electronics offers you two payment methods. Direct payments on Cash on Delivery (CoD) items and direct sales at our showroom. Payments for our hire purchase and credit sales’ services are through Controller and Accountant General’s department and the various banks respectively.

Are there any hidden charges (Sales Tax) when I make a purchase on ROWI Ltd?

There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase at ROWIElectronics. Listed prices are final and all tax inclusive. The prices you see on the product page are exactly what you need to pay. Delivery charges may come at an extra cost depending on the Rowi Electronics Shipping policy.

What is Cash on Delivery (COD)?

You can opt for the Cash on Delivery (CoD) payment method if you have a busy schedule or you are unable to visit our showroom. With CoD you can pay in cash when the product is delivered to your doorstep without requiring you to make any advance payment online. We accept only cash payments or its equivalent in electronic form through mobile money. Foreign currencies will not be accepted to make CoD payments. Only Cedis will be accepted.

How do I place a Cash on Delivery (CoD) order?

All items that have the “Cash on Delivery Available” icon are valid for order by Cash on Delivery. Add these items to your cart and proceed to checkout. When prompted to choose a payment option, select “Pay by Cash on Delivery”. Next, enter the CAPTURE text as shown for validation. Once verified and confirmed, your order will be processed for delivery within the time specified from the date of confirmation. You will however be required to make a cash payment only to our courier partner at the time of delivery of your order to complete the payment.

Does ROWI accept mobile transfer payments?
