What is Rowi’s Limited 2-day Return Policy?

Rowi Electronics gives you the option to replace and/or return the products bought within 48 hours of the receipt of the order. You can return/replace the product if you are not satisfied with;

  • The quality of the product or
  • If you receive a damaged product

All items to be returned or replaced must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Refund or Replacement will be initiated ONLY IF the original packaging, accessories, tags, etc. are present. Couriers have the right to refuse pick up in absence of the above requirements.

How do I place a return request on Rowi Limited?

If you want to return a product on Rowi Electronics, please follow these steps:

  • Create a return request online. You can return the product bought on Rowi Electronics after 48 hours of delivery.
  • Login to your Rowi Electronics Account and go to the MY ORDERS section.
  • Select the item you wish to replace and click on the RETURN/REPLACE link against the order.
  • Choose the RETURN option and fill in the required details.
  • Once the return request is created, we will ensure that the return is processed as soon as possible.

If I am not satisfied with quality of the product, can I return it?

Certainly! Report your concern by filling the contact us form within 24 hours of receipt of your order. Once the product passes the quality check, we would initiate the refund/replacement according to your choice.

Can I get my order refunded into my bank account if I made payment using Cash on Delivery?

Yes, your refunds can be lodged into your bank account or the specified payment method.

Do I need to pay a courier company to send my product back? Will I get the money back?

Once you request a return or replacement on Rowi Electronics, we will arrange a pickup for your item and bear the courier charges.
